Terms of Service

1. Services
WSS Security provides penetration testing, security consulting, and code review services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) agreed upon before work begins.
2. Confidentiality
All engagement data, findings, and reports are treated as confidential. A mutual NDA is signed before any testing begins. Reports are shared only with designated contacts within the client organisation.
3. Scope and Authorization
Testing is performed only against systems explicitly defined in the SoW. Written authorization must be provided before any active testing takes place. Any changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.
4. Liability
WSS Security performs testing with care to avoid service disruption. However, security testing carries inherent risk. Liability is limited to the value of the engagement as defined in the SoW. WSS Security is not liable for pre-existing vulnerabilities or issues outside the agreed scope.
5. Payment
Payment terms are defined in the SoW. Standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery of the final report. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Offenburg, Germany.
